You start braiding the hair near the top of the head, then as you work your way down keep picking up pieces of hair.

brush it it part it in the middle and in the back take three chucks of hair and loop each clump of hair around and around till you get a pretty pattern and then pontail the botton part and the top part to to keep them suspended together

There is also a neat little device at CVS called "SCUNCI" that works great and is so easy to learn on... I could never get the grasp of it until I tried this. (maybe I'm just a dummy though) I did like the site the other lady (sorry I'm bad on names) mentioned!! Thanks!!
