Not if it looks right. My mom used to do that to my hair when I was little. Its the only style that she didn't have to constantly maintain. Just make sure it looks classy and neat and not to grown up and it should be fine.

maybe a little but it still looks cute! these days ppl mix and match styles anyway, u can wear hair like that without being "ghetto" in personality.
