started coming out in the front in less than a week. The weft is loose in less than 2 weeks. I call the shop and they continue to blow me off. Is this normal to happen? Is it fair I am being blown off? I paid $120 for the braiding. What is the right approach to get them to fix my hair? How long should my style last? I wash my hair once a week and I only spray my hair once a week after the wash with the braid sheen. I use a sm lemon size of mousse in my hair daily. I have photos of my hairstyle if needed.

Whoever did your hair didn't know what they were doing and is unprofessional. Don't even bother going back to them again.

Its not normal! If I was you I would get my money back dont call the shop go to the shop and tell them about your hair. To me It sounds like they really did a half do job. Girl I would be pissed too.

umm no its not normal. id go down to the shop so that they cant blow you off. did you try that yet?
