I live in Tampa, you can also learn at several other places, try the FLYER, and also I believe the Florida Sentinel Bulletin has ad's for schools like the above.

they dont teach u how 2 braid hair... you have to learn yourself, take your hair in 3 sections and alternate wrapping each peice around the other..... or google it and im sure their are videos on it online
